1. 30-Day Return Policy
If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund. To be eligible:
- The product must be returned to our official address before any refund is processed.
- Only sealed and unopened bottles are eligible for a refund.
- Opened, used, or damaged bottles will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned supplements, the eligible refund amount will be processed accordingly.
2. Damaged or Opened Parcels at Delivery
- If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
- Inform the courier immediately, and contact our support team.
- We will arrange to resend a replacement parcel within 3 working days.
- However, if a damaged or tampered package is accepted at the time of delivery, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the supplements inside, and such claims will not be entertained.
